Not As Hot: A Balanced Workout Day

Today’s workout was significantly more reasonable, allowing for a better balance between intensity and recovery. I opted to split my rebounding sessions into two parts to manage my energy levels effectively.

The first session of rebounding lasted for 35 minutes, which helped warm up my muscles and prepare me for the kettlebell swings that followed. I completed three sets of kettlebell swings with increasing reps of 25, 30, and 45 using a 40-pound kettlebell.

The kettlebell swings felt fantastic, and I was pleased with my performance. I finished the day with an additional 25 minutes of rebounding, rounding out a productive workout.
